We collect your personal information when you interact with us or our services, for example when placing an order. From time to time, we study how visitors use our Site, to help us improve our services and optimize our customer experience.
We collect information:
• When you create an account or modify an account
• When you place an order or during its processing (payment and delivery);
• When you contact us directly by e-mail, telephone, post or courier.

As part of our confidentiality commitments vis-à-vis our customers and more generally visitors of our website, we make a commitment to transparency regarding the information you communicate to us.
When you place orders on SUCCESSFUL CHINESE LEARNING.com, we store and process the first and last names, contact details, delivery addresses, and order details.
We also collect information about your use of our Site when you contact us or provide feedback.

We do not process any health information about you.
We do not process bank information. Your bank information is processed and encrypted by our payment solutions partners and is generally not disclosed to us.
